This breathtaking wedding in Mykonos is all about the details. Eris and Michalis decided to get married in September on the famous Cycladic island. September in Greece is generally a summer month but with milder heat, warm seas and amazing sunsets. The bride chose an elegant, white wedding dress with golden details and astonishing Jimmy Choo sandals in pink-gold leather, while the groom chose a light grey suit. The dresses of the bridesmaids were matching with the suits of the best men, in various nude colors. The amazing wedding bouquet was made out of white hydrangea. The ceremony was performed in one of the traditional, Cycladic white chapels, located on the edge of a rock with a breathtaking view to the Aegean Sea. Apart from her father and brother, the bride was accompanied by two traditional music players. Just before the ceremony, panama hats were offered to the male guests and wooden fans embellished by the bride to the female guests in order to keep them cool. After the ceremony, a romantic photo shoot was performed by ‘Tyme Photography’ and the wedding party took place at ‘Alemagou’ restaurant. According to the wedding planner Vana Efklidou: “The décor for this wedding was based on the ambience and architecture of the Cycladic island of Mykonos combining white flowers and gold details which matched the color of the sun. We also used hundreds of hanging candles sitting on sand to light the reception for a romantic yet casual feel.”
